There is a lot of discussion on the impact the mind has on the body. How much talk is there about the impact of the body on the mind?

I find this is interesting for a number of reasons. A lot of research has been carried out on the brain. This research has shown that the brain holds a neural map of the body.
Now, what happens when you change the body – in this case it’s posture? The neural map in the brain must change to reflect the change in the body.
The more often we adopt the new pose/position, the stronger the new neural map becomes.
The interesting thing is, along with the change in the body, there is also a corresponding change in your attitude! Changing your posture also impacts your attitude and feelings!!!
So, stop for a moment, correct your posture, hold the new position for two minutes, then witness the change in yourself over time.
